Avian neurosis

In this case it took some time but it looks as though Phil has become a casualty of my unique ability to turn my pets neurotic. Supporting evidence?

1. FatBastard – the cannibal goldfish who killed and took chunks out of any goldfish placed in his tank.

2. Chuck Norris, the chicken who only ate cake and sunflower seeds and only when hand fed.

3. Wallace, the budgie who thought he was a guinea pig.

4. Ursula, the guinea pig who thought she was a person and believed that Justin Timberlake was her soul mate.

5. Norman, the dog that developed a phobia about grass.

6. Chester Muggins, the 50kg dog who thinks he’s the size of a Chihuahua.
7. Otto Macduff, the dog that seems to have narcolepsy.

And now Philbert, the budgie who likes to snuggle… Phil started to look a bit depressed recently and so I bravely took my life into my hands (literally) and reached into his cage. Historically, this would result in a prehistoric “qark” and then a serious of increasingly vicious bites until you retreated. However this time, he greeted my hand like it was his long lost best friend and proceeded to snuggle. It seems that somewhere along the way, Philbert has decided to like me.
